How long should I keep it on?
A session of 15–30 minutes is typical. Use it seated or reclining, as often as suits your routine — morning or evening.
Will it fit my feet?
The foot wrap adjusts with flexible straps and fits most foot sizes for men and women. Loosen or tighten until it feels right.
Can I walk around while wearing it?
No — stay seated or reclining for the whole session. The massagers are not designed to be used standing or walking.
Do I sign up for anything?
No. You buy the bundle once; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Order again whenever you want to.
How soon does it ship?
Dispatch takes up to 2 business days, and the tracking number arrives by e-mail. Standard shipping costs nothing on the bundles shown. Typical delivery: United States 4–7 business days · United Kingdom 7–10 · Germany, Netherlands, France, Austria 5–11 · rest of Europe 10–20 · Australia and New Zealand 9–14 · other destinations 10–20.
Is there anyone who should not use it?
EMSense is not a medical device. If you are pregnant, or have a pacemaker or another implanted electronic device, consult your physician before use. Consult your healthcare provider before use if you have an existing health condition. For external use only; do not use while sleeping or in wet environments; keep out of reach of children and pets.
What are the return terms?
You can send back unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery and receive the purchase price back. Register the return first by e-mail; return postage is yours to cover, and the original shipping charge stays unrefunded. Where is my order?
Open the order tracking page and enter your order number, tracking number or the e-mail address you used. The tracking number is also e-mailed to you when the parcel leaves.
How do I send something back?
You can send back unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery and receive the purchase price back. Register the return first by e-mail; return postage is yours to cover, and the original shipping charge stays unrefunded.
